Convenience center for water

It seems that when I did the walk-through with a service tech. that I knew more than him, except for one thing neither one of us knew the answer to. In my convenience center I have 3 connectors for a standard water hose. One is for city water, another is for black tank flush, what is the 3rd?

Now, for the one bypass valve on the water heater. When it is turned to bypass what keeps the pink stuff from entering the water heater tank through the hot water outlet?

Also, there is a winterizing valve in the convenience center. What exactly does it do?

Sorry for all the questions. This is completely different from my older TT.

Third one should be your winterize connection, for a hose that will pull antifreeze from the bottles into the rig using your on board pump

That winterize valve in the winterize position will pull suction on the above mentioned winterize connection. Non winterize position pump pulls suction on your fresh water tank

There is a check valve to prevent water to back flow into the HWT
