Ceiling Replacement

Has anyone replaced the ceiling in their slide? Where can I get the materials for that?

Are you asking about the "interior ceiling panel" or are you asking about the entire slide "top structure"? One is just a cosmetic change or "reskin" while the other is a entire structural rebuild.

What are you trying to replace?

If what is currently there is still serviceable (no rot, holes or cracks) you can refinish it by painting, hanging vinyl coated wallpaper or most any upholstery fabric that can be glued or stapled to the current structure.

Keep in mind that every pound of "new ceiling" you hang will reduce your cargo capacity by that same pound, so you don't want to install "heavy panels" to the ceiling.

If your current ceiling is no longer serviceable, any building supply store will have THIN wood paneling that you can cut to fit and install. I'd recommend staying away from all "hardboard backed panels". They are usually much heavier than same thickness wood panels and are not "water resistant or condensation friendly. That means they will likely deteriorate in any RV environment, so they aren't a good choice.

I think, if I was planning that kind of project with my trailer, I'd look at a "color neutral vinyl upholstery material" and glue/staple it to the ceiling.

You might consider frp sheeting. It's commonly used in commercial kitchens and restrooms. It can be applied with adhesive and or short screws with rosette washers.
