It's level then it's not.

I have a 2016 Carbon 33. When I park it and get it level, drop my scissor jacks (always on blocks, never fully extended), then I open my slides. My refrigerator slide always seems to pull the camper off level. Like by a full bubble on the level. What am I doing wrong? I don't understand how opening one slide can tilt the whole camper so much. Thanks in advance.

I'm just guessing here but could it possibly be that there is something wrong with the suspension. When you extend the slide the weight change could be causing the camper to shift.

I like to have the slide side higher by 1/2” or more (depending on the size of your slide, you may want more). Then I stabilize and put the slide out and it brings it into level.

Our trailer has 2 large large slides on the driver's side. Ours does the same thing. When I only had the bubble levels I would set the camper from 1/2 to a full bubble higher on that side. Then extend the stabilizers and then extend the slides. I installed the Level Mate Pro and since then I simply set "zero" on it at the same height so when fully set up its level.

Disc or stabilizers work well, but they still have some flex. You’re rv is basically shifting sideways and leaning on the suspension when the slides open.
