Slide out question

Just brought home my new Bullet 258rks. Put the slide out and something looked cockeyed. Got my measuring tape out and did some measuring. The top of the slide stuck out 3/4 inch further at the top than the bottom. 32.5" bottom and 33.25 top. Just wondering if they were designed this way, maybe to keep the rain water away from the camper?? The slide goes in and out perfectly and seals tight when closed. Thanks...

I just noticed that inside the camper the top of the slide is tight against the wall and the bottom is about an inch from touching the wall.

Just 2 cables, 1 on each side. Can't see underneath because it is all enclosed.

2 cables on each side right? If so you can adjust the cables.

This is how my 2019 is. It touches at the top and has a small gap at the bottom

Ok. Can you take a pic of the cable? I’m trying to figure out what type of slide mechanism it has.

Ok. You have 8 cables. 4 that retract the room and 4 that extend the room.

If you open the link I provided, it will have instruction on adjusting the cables. Basically you need to tighten the 2 lower extend cables. Make sure to follow the instructions.
