Wow! Why?
If you were to tow your Landmark with that UGLY THING it would get to your location the day before the Landmark.

If interested you need to put a $5000 deposit to be added to their build list

Cost is $85000-$95000

Here’s one of the customizers…would be nice if the rear wheels articulated but would be a nightmare to keep aligned…80s Honda preludes had an option with four wheel steering

Six-door dually's and SRW's are commonplace at major bike rallies. They are usually built by body-shop owners/employees and the like. Some we've seen are as smooth as factory. Memphis had an after market fabricator on Airways Blvd that for more than 20 years altered/built Ford Excursions and Chevy Suburban's with six doors for the oil fields in the mid-East. I'm not certain why it would be seen as ugly.

First one I've seen.
I wonder why they are common at bike rallies?

The big rallies (Sturgis, Daytona, Laconia) are usually showcases for those with a particular skill, nut-jobs, show-offs, freaks that have never ridden a bike, and oddities like bike trailers made from caskets. Hopefully not 'used' caskets.
At the Boss Hoss national meet in Paris Landing State Park a few years ago DW and I saw a Boss Hoss with TWO 502 V-8's in-line. Yes, too much time and too much money. But certainly a crowd pleaser.

Didn’t International Harvester make a 6 door SUV back in the 50's or 60's? Seems like I remember seeing them used by the railroad crews when I was a kid. But then again I can't remember what I ate for breakfast some days.

I seem to remember something like that but three doors on curb side only one on drivers side. Windows had to be open when jacking it up or they would break from the frame twist. ( may have been a Suburban, tough getting old)

Hard to say, I know IH made 4 door trucks back then I think before the big 3 did so it may have remembered it because is just had 2 more doors than the pickups I was familiar with. When you don't know any better you recall things differently. Like how big your childhood house and yard seemed when it was actually tiny, or hoe "dumb" your parents were until you turned into them, or how well a undersized truck pulls a camper until you actually drive a more capable one. Really doesn’t matter.

Suburbans definatly were made with 3 passanger doors IIRC in the 70's. I had a Dodge conversion van back then that had driver's door only on road side and 3 doors on the curb side. One front passanger door and pair of "barn doors" behind that. I think they used the same opposed barn doors on the curb side that they used on the rear or at least I recall them looking the same. Funny how I can see an "antique" car like the '72 Gran Torino I had and see the original instrument cluster and say "yup, just as I remember" or "wow, I forgot how that looked, now I recall".

I don't have cognitive issues, yet. My mother had what I called "selective althiemers ". She couldn't remember she had potatoes boiling on the stove but she could remember something my father said to her 50 or 60 years ago that PO'd her.

I agree ugly is not what i envision either. Some like this kind of stuff. Apparently he does also for forking out that much to get it done.

I must be about ready for "the home". I can remember the first Dodge extended cabs but not any 6 doors.
Headed to Lake Charles Louisiana library to get a copy of a newspaper article from the 1950's. I think that's where I saw it a few years ago..

I saw 2 of these at a campground in Michigan one year. I think they both had big travel trailers but I can’t remember. I just remember asking why lol.

Here you go. I remember how odd they looked because the back door was identical to the front door. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...MygCegUIARC0AQ
