Slide Leak found!

Own a Passport 245 RB UL. Have experienced a slight water leak at the front corner of the slide when extended during rain storms. I inspect and make sure the rubber seal has flipped over properly everytime the slide is extended.
When camping at Buffalo Point about four weeks ago during rain I noticed a slight puddle and got down with a flashlight and inspected the area. I found that water drops were forming on the cable at the bottom of the pulley. Apparently water was migrating into the inside by way of a cable. Took my level outside and checked all cables and found the two back cables and the front bottom one all had a slight down angle away from the TT, but the front upper cable has a slight angle toward the TT. I could change the cable to the lower connection point but for a temporary fix I cut a large rubber band and tightly wrapped and tied it around the cable near the rubber seal. Rained for a day and a half while we camped at Queen Willamena SP last week and no leakage. The rubber tied around the cable acted as a stop and drip point for the water. There are three connection points for the cable. It is connected to the middle connection hole now. All cables are connected to the middle hole.
Would it cause any problems to connect the cable to lower connection point so the cable will have a down angle?

slight leak

fixed yet? my 2011, 1yr. old bullet has had a small leak at front corner of slide when slide is out since new usually only in driving rain, taken it to 3 different dealerships due to being on the road each time it happened, contacted keystone direct and they have been very helpful dealing with this issue, they paid to have inner and outher gaskets replaced, last one 5mo. out of warrenty, haven't been in a driving rain since last fix so don't know if problem solved yet but decided to do as much as possible to remedy the situation best that i can, found a deal on E-Bay for a 150inc. new A&E topper awning for under 250 bucks plus $100 freight to me and i can install, my room is 142" wide so will have 4" overhang each side to help keep weather off. don't know if any of this info will help but thought i might offer an idea or two. good luck and happy camping. Leak on slider

I had the same issue on my bullet the water comes back along the wires. According to the deal it was leaking because 3 of the 4 rubber washer on the wires had come loss. They reattached the washer to the seal. I will now have to wait until the spring to see if it stop the leak. What i did to fix it before the repair was to wipe a small amount of grease around the cable where it enter the trailer this stopped the leak even in the heaviest storm's
hope this helps.
If the trailer is still under warranty then take it back to the dealer.
