Greetings and welcome to the forum!
If you are familiar with the use of a Volt-Ohm Meter, (VOM), you can use that to identify each end of the wiring, although you may need some jumper wiring to do so.
Is is unfortunate the RV manufacturers don't include wiring diagrams. Seems the folks who build them use whatever wire they have on hand at the time, and don't document anything.
