Welcome to the forum

If it operates on propane, then there isn’t a “fuse” issue. For the electric side to work you need 110VAC at the water heater, switches turned on and an operating heating element.

The heating element is on the back side of the tank. So I would start at the breaker panel. Locate the water heater breaker, verify 110VAC is coming out of the breaker. BE CAREFUL when using a Volt Ohm Meter on a live circuit.

If you have voltage coming out of the breaker, then you need to test both sides of the switches. The one at the tank will be 110V so again be careful. If you have voltage going out of that, then you can test for voltage at the element. If you have voltage, change the element.

If your NOT COMFORTABLE dealing with electricity, take it somewhere so,they can properly diagnose it. My money is on either a bad switch or failed element.
