ac issue, compressor keeps running

I recently bought an 07 springdale 5th wheel with a dometic ac, not sure on particular model of ac, but as the title says the compressor won't turn off. You can set the thermostat fan comes on and blows like normal and ac is cold as can be, but once the set temp is reached the fan kicks off as it should but compressor continues to run until you either flip the breaker or it trips the generator. Even if you turn the thermostat off it continues to run.

Anyone have any ideas?

I've Google it a bit and haven't found much, some say thermostat and some say it's a stuck relay, but you have to replace the whole circuit board in order to replace said relay.

I'd vote for the control board in the overhead unit.

Thanks for the replies, that seems to be the consensus on the little bit I've been able to find on the web. Any ideas what somethin like that costs or where to find one?

Thanks, found one on amazon for about $55. Now fingers crossed it is the right one and does the job.

Well crap, got the new board installed and compressor still kicks on as soon as the breaker is flipped on, even with the tstat switch off.

Any other ideas? Tstat itself maybe? What's the odds the new board is also bad? Any way to test the relays?

Thanks for any more help
