Greetings - New Bullet 248RKS

Hello from Georgia! My husband and I just purchased a 2017 Bullet 248RKS, and we love it so far. After our purchase, we spent several days with it at Fort Pickens Campground in Pensacola Beach, FL - heaven!

We've been camping since 1997 and have had (too) many campers over the years, of nearly every towable type. We tried down sizing, once the kids grew up, but it only lasted a few years. We decided that comfort is more important than convenience.

We camp mainly in Georgia and Florida, but now that both of us are retired, we look forward to taking an extended trip at least once a year. We really want to explore the northeast and the far west. We prefer to camp in Corp, State, and National parks, rather than commercial RV parks.

I look forward to reading the threads in this forum. There's always more to learn!

Welcome to the Keystone community and congrats on the purchase of your "X"-th trailer. As Bullet owners, the DW and I have been pretty satisfied with ours.

As first time RV'ers, we thought about buying a shorter coach (our 308BHS is 35 feet) but feedback from RV friends convinced us that smaller wasn't necessarily better. Every inch of real estate is appreciated when spending long days together with 3 little boys. The bunkhouse in our coach is a godsend.

Thanks for joining and welcome again.

Welcome to the forum from the Memphis area. Great site we have here, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Maybe I could ask what did you teach if you don't mind?
