which is worse?
which is worse a lowes expert or technical support at lippert? after today I am guessing lippert. I order a wet kit for my raptor. I call first to make sure the kit on the internet is the correct one, since it is the only one for a 3 axle equaflex setup. the guy says yes. well he talks me out of getting extra wet bolts for the equaflex. I get the kit and all you have to do is take the bottom bolt out and put a wet bolt in(he made it sound like it would fly apart if you took it apart grrr). so I order 4 bolts Plus the second shipping cost. now the bushings aren't that tight so I add some rtv and slide them in. then I realize that the shackles are longer. I call tech and ask if this will be a problem they say it will raise it slightly. she had to ask someone instead of letting me talk to someone with a clue. I have put them on I think it will work. grr I would recommend going with a mor ryde or anything else rather than deal with lippert. I guess those experts at lowes are looking pretty good right now.
