Grey Tanks

My Fuzion 414 has two grey tanks, but when I empty grey tank it is still showing grey tank #2 full on panel. My kitchen sink also does not accepting any water, showing overflow. Kitchen sink drain lines are not obstructed.
My question is: are the two gray tank connected together, or they have separate valve? My unit only have one manual valve for grey tank.
Is there an electronic valve for the second gray tank?
Please help. I tried local dealer/service but is 5 weeks till booking and 3-4 weeks for repair.

You have separate valves for each gray tank. There is a second valve mounted on the frame. You'll have to get on the ground and look up to find it. It doesn't hang down where you can see it.

I would not pay any attention to the tank level monitors as they are generally unreliable.........on my fifth wheel tailer, motorhome and sailboat.
