The older I get the less I "enjoy being wet and tired"...
I use my pressure washer to spray down the trailer exterior, then use a "foaming spray bottle attachment" to spray a half inch thick layer of Maguires "green snot" auto wash to the exterior. I spray the entire side and use a "long handle car wash brush" to gently scrub the trailer sidewall, then use the pressure washer to rinse that side. After doing all 4 sides, I let the trailer dry overnight and the next day, I spray Aerospace 303 on all the plastic, rubber and vinyl parts of the trailer.
Between the Maguires "wax" that's in the auto wash and the 303, the trailer stays looking good for several months and I don't get "too wet or too tired" most of the time.

NOTE: If you use one of the "popular auto wash concentrates" be aware that they are usually "petroleum based" and will not "play well with Aerospace 303" after being freshly applied to your trailer. After the petroleum carrier dries, the 303 will adhere to the trailer properly. Until it's dry, the wash/wax product will make the 303 "sticky and gooey on the surface".
