Welcome to the forum

Depends on type of slide. You do want to use slide seal conditioner on all rubber seals, inside and out.

Any lube used on the slide mechanism should be a dry lube.

This is copied from the Lippert Master Owner's Manual regarding the through the frame hydraulic slide system.

The Lippert Through Frame Slide-out System has been static tested to over 4,000 continuous cycles without any noticeable wear to rotating or sliding parts. It is recommended that when operating in harsh environments (road salt, ice build up, etc.) the moving parts be kept clean. They can be washed with mild soap and water. No grease or lubrication is necessary and in some situations may be detrimental to the environment and long term dependability of the system.

If thru the frame style I’d at least clean amd lube both gear packs wit(nfraphite spra6 and apply spray to the outer wear tabs that are inside the frame tube.

This will lesson the amount of wear on those tabs and the gear packs will move much smoother
