sewer valve question

Got another one four you all. My grey line valve need to be replaced, not working properly. I have a clear view of the pipe and valve. It looks simple but sometimes looks can be deceiving. Looks like 4 bolts but is there more too it than I think.

Simple job if tank is empty ... if it's full.
There is TWO SIZES but most gray water are 1½ in.
