Which Slide Do I have?

Having issues with my slide marking and dragging on one end of the slide causing all the black material to tear off the bottom of the slide. Per someones suggestion I downloaded the Lippert Manual, but none of these sides looked like mine. Its not hydraulic, its not the F.A.S.T. Track. So I thought it has to be either the Electric Thru the Frame SO, or Above Floor SO. But the information just did not seem to look or sound like what I have.

Brochure says Norco, but I do not have the cables.

Which by the way is a 2014 Sprinter (Keystone) 269FWRLS

Anyone with a similar rig, I would appreciate any help. Thank you

My thoughts, The slide movement mechanism has little to do with your issue. Under each slide is a series of rollers or a plastic support piece. The weight of the slide is supported by one or the other. According to the parts manual you should have a solid piece of ABS under the living room slide. Is this correct?, and is this the slide you are having issues with? The other option would be the "Darco" material, the woven plastic stuff. Many of us are having issues with the plastic support wearing on (fraying) the Darco material. YouTube can be your friend, there are many video's on slide issues.

By the way, pictures are worth hundreds of words, and get right to the point.

Thanks Fred....yes exactly. The slide makes a very loud squeaking noise mostly going out, but also coming in. I used the dry lube spray on the rack and gear, but that did not help. The Darco material is fraying on the left side only. I saw someone bought a thick piece of plastic sheet and stapled it to the area where the Darco was fraying. nBut staples make me nervous. I was thinking of using a very strong epoxy or? But it seems like a bandaid and not really addressing the real issue under the slide. IMHO
