Refrigerator problems seem to always happen with warmer temperatures. It should not be a problem and usually there's a simple reason for the warm/thawing refrigerator. in the past 3 or 4 months, there have been at least 15-20 members post the same questions. Take a look at these links, they will give you the areas and actions that might solve your problem. If you don't find the answer in checking the identified suggestions, try to fully explain your problem and give as much information as you can about the brand, model, year, symptoms that your refrigerator has.

In the meantime, here's some reading that will probably get you back on track:

ADDED: The refrigerator is on a circuit breaker. There is a plug in the rear compartment. Remove the outside lower vent cover and you'll see the 110VAC cord. Follow that and you'll see the plug, usually mounted about mid height, on the sidewall of the refrigerator compartment. You can use a multimeter to be sure there is power to that plug. Alternatively, you can plug in a known good trouble light/lamp, and if the light bulb comes on, you know there's power to that plug.

The REC/CON circuit breaker is for the Receptacles/Converter. It may or may not be the circuit breaker for your refrigerator and your refrigerator may or may not be GFCI protected.
