Cable Question

My Avalanche has a TV in the outside kitchen that is giving trouble. All the other TVs scanned in around 60 channels and have a great picture. The one in the outside kitchen only scanned in 7 channels and has a very poor picture. When I hooked it into another outlet it worked fine and scanned in the same channels as the others. I have checked the connections on all the splitters and tightened them. I am thinking my splitter is bad. Has anyone else had this issue?

Possibly a bad splitter, also check the length of the center conductor and the "fold over" outer conductor on each end of every co-ax connector.

If you have a multi meter you could test both cable and that splitter very quickly.

I have an issue when I use my antenna. It works fine on cable. It also works well when I run a separate cable from the amp directly to the TV. I have not found the splitter yet.
