Keystone 320rs Questions

We recently purchased a keystone avalanche 320 RS. I saw that someone made a comment about tanks being missed labeled and sinks in the bathroom draining into the black tank. Is this an issue with the 320 RS? Also, I am trying to figure out how to remove my DV3200 Furrion so that I can check the connections. The only way I get sound through the speakers with the TV is if I’m watching a DVD. I want to change that. Does anyone know how to handle that?

Congrats on your new 320RS. We love ours, although there were a few minor issues, mostly caused by the dealer. Anyway, when we first purchase ours, the linkages between the Black and one of the Grey tanks was swapped so that caused a bit of head scratching. I had to run water in each tank to verify which was which and change a couple of labels. Yes, the bathroom sink does drain into the black water tank but it’s really not an issue. I think Keystone does that on some models.

Concerning the Stereo, the audio from the TV should be coming into the AV jacks on the receiver, and once you have the receiver on the AV input, you should have your sound. At least that’s the way it works on our Furrion. There should be some RCA patch cables coming from the audio output connectors on the TV to the AV inputs on the receiver. There is always a chance some Keystone worker just forgot to plug them in or didn’t run the patch cables in the first place.

Congrats on your new vacation destination on wheels! Sorry you're having trouble right out of the box. It is a little frustrating when things don't work the way you expect them too. If it's not too far to the dealer make them fix it. BTW, Welcome to the forum from SE Texas.

X2 with this answer, it is spot on. If you pull the face off the Audio system, you can remove it with 4 screws. Again check the audio cables from the Audio Out of the TV and Audio in on the audio system. Wahl you are in there you may see a curled up wire on the antenna output, this is a JOKE, get a real (external) antenna if you want any reception, AM or FM. BTW it took me 6 cold ones and an afternoon of reading the so called instructions to figure some of it out. If you have outside speakers they may be on the "fader or balance" control.
