A little (actually a lot) more info here would be good.
What do you have?
Car cradle or desktop cradle?
12vdc cord w/cigarette lighter plug?
Magnetic car style satellite antenna or something else?
Do you want to hard wire the satellite audio to your stereo or use the wireless?
What kind of AM/FM/CD do you have in your trailer?
Where do you want to place the satellite receiver in relation to the stereo?

Steve - You kind of touch on this, but ...

Marez - Are you trying to hook up a Sirius Home Wireless unit? There are several technical types with different qualifications here on the Forum. But we do need just a bit more information before the hand waving and problem solving can commence.

I didn't consider the newer Home Wireless system since the regular car units can be hardwired (audio) to the amp or use their built-in FM transmitter to get the audio from the receiver to the AM/FM unit.

The Home Wireless adds an entirely different dimension to the question.

marez, if you want some help here, you'll have to give us enough information about your system and the SiriusXM unit to connect the dots.

Steve -

I don't think we will every know. But I'll be installing an unused aftermarket Sirius in our Alpine in the next few days. Daughter doesn't need hers anymore - she got a new pickup. If Marez comes back, we will be able to help her.

Here is another thought. Depending on age of radio. And if you have a boombox to go with. You maybe able to just tune in via trailer stereo.

I personally have an older starmate3 with boombox. I turm off volume on boombox and tune in stereo to 88.1. Far better sound than boombox.

Wife has newer radio and boombox, we need to use a patch cable if using that unit. 1 lead out of boombox and 2 lead into receiver.

Home kits are not real expensive. The also gives you lots of flexibility.

Sorry to hear your having troubles. Maybe start another thread or 2 on those issues and others here can offer some insite.

As fas as the radio goes. If you have a place to put boom box, do so. Then tune into 88.1FM on trailer radio.Boom box volume set to off. Your older radio should broadcast it to your fosgate. Crank the fosgate and enjoy.

Only variable is what channel your sirius radio is set to broadcast on. Factory is 88.1. You could check sirius radio menu first to where it is set to boardcast.

I am unable to find any information on the radio in your trailer. I am unsure of what can be plugged into it.

Here is a picture of what I use with one of my sirius radios. The single lead plugs into front of boombox and the rca ends plug into trailer receiver.

With your older version of radio. I don't think you need patch cables. It should be broadcasting to FM even when it is docked in your boombox.
I'd try that first.

Turn volume off on boombox, tune trailer radio to 88.1. If your sirius radio is setting to broadcast on that band. You should hear it on trailer system. No cabling required!!
