black and white video

we have a 2015 passport we can watch tv in color but all dvd's that we have tied will only play in blk/wht any suggestions ?????

Hey, thanks for reminding me. We took the grandkids with last weekend and their videos were black and white. TV is color.

Let me know what you find, I'll try to look at mine tomorrow. Not sure if they use a HDMI cable or the old red/yellow/white banana plugs or what to connect the tv to the jensen all in one thing.

Select the source as A/V for a color image.

We had the same problem with our Passport. Turned out the TV did not have the standard AV connection on the back (red/white/yellow) only component and HDMI. The built in DVD player only had the standard so they hooked the AV DVD player to a component connection on the TV that did not quite work. We bought a cheap Sony blu ray player and problem solved.
