Door Latch Won't Lock from Inside

I have a 2001 Montana High Country; and the front door latch is binding/won't latch from the inside. It locks fine from the outside using a key.

How do I go about adjusting the latch/hole mount to get it to work properly again?

Have you tried operating the latch from the inside with the door open. That will help diagnose if it's a latch problem or a frame problem.
