dometic 320 toilet ball valve leaking

My trailer had water in the toilet bowl that froze.
It did not cause any damage to the water valve but now the bowl will not hold water. I have replaced the seal and it still leaks. it seems like the spring that holds it up is damaged. is this replacable? It seems to move really easily.

castle, Howdy;

Welcome to the forum!
Here's a link to the PDF for your toilet. it should give some troubleshooting
charts and some remedies for various problems. Also should have a parts
listing so once you figure out the problem you can order what's needed and
be able to follow some directions and use some common sense you should be
fine
