Cougar 25RDS ('21) winter camping

this model has the climate control package, which is said to have 12v tank heaters and perhaps ducted underbelly from furnace?

anyone know for sure if those features actually exist as part of this model? and if so how to switch on the 12v tank heaters? there is no link in the command center where other systems are switched.

selling dealer and service department were no help...

thank you alot for your input

Most of the so called cold weather packages are typically a sales gimmick.
With those packages you'll have an enclosed underbelly with a layer of Reflectix above that along with a 2" duct from the furnace blowing into there which does help a bit when running the furnace.
Typically tank heaters are an option so whether yours is equipped would be guess.
If using your rv in below freezing temps will require further precautions on your part along with the minimal protection provided by the manufacturers to keep it thawed out.

Those links you provided had the answer. Select the tank you want on command panel to check the level and there is a button to turn the heater on and off thanks again very much.
