Not sure what your existing toilet is - but I ran into this very issue yesterday in my unit. I failed to measure the existing Thetford toilet before ordering a Dometic unit (320 in my case). Anyway, the 320 will be returned today. Niether a 310 or a 320 will fit my half-bath. I did install a 320 in my front bathroom successfully.

Below are screen shots of a Thetford and a Dometic 310. It just so happens that the 320 dimension of 11" from the wall (highlighted) is the same as a 310. The Thetford dimension is 9 1/2". I did install a new valve and braided water line so that if/when my Thetford fails - at least I can shut the water off at the toilet. See pic below of the water line I installed.

The other thing I learned was that Keystone uses a "universal floor flange" for my unit - therefore I did not need to order a new floor flange. I was going to simply swap out the floor bolts for the Dometic. I am not sure what floor flange is used in the Sprindale.

Looking at your floor plan - it looks like other dimensions for the 310 might work - but be sure you check all dimensions before ordering the 310.

if you are going to be replacing the toilet, consider the 320. The porcelain upper section of the 320 does not creak and wake up everyone like the 310 plastic design. After the first year of use, the 310 went in the trash. Worked great, just noisy!

I replaced the Thetford with the 310, it was porcelain same as the 320. The shape of the bowl & how the water ran when flushed were the only differences. NEVER heard the toilet make a sound in the middle of night that wasn't caused by one of us using it.

Ahhh, failing memory is to blame here. We replaced a Dometic 300 with a 310! Sorry for the confusion. The 300 was crap, love the 310!
