TV will not find antenna channels

I have a 2017 Keystone Sprinter. All of the sudden, when I scan for antenna channels nothing pulls in. I have checked the coax cables behind TV and in wall, verified the button is pushed (red light) to send power to stationary roof antenna but still no channels. The only thing I have not checked is the connection under the roof antenna due to having to cut the sealer away and dismount (I assume). Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem. There is a connection inside the antenna. Mine had become disconnected. Took apart the antenna, reconnected the coax and mine are fine now.
The biggest issue was figuring out how get it apart. Besides the screws there were some snap clips holding it together.
Hopefully that’s a simple solution for you.

Thanks for the tip. I will give it a try.
...quick update. The tip worked. I took the antenna apart and found that the antenna coax and the camper coax were totally loose (like one thread catching). I tightened them up and sucked in over 30 channels. Problem solved.
