Spongy Floor Fix with West 105 System?

I have a 2014 Cougar 21RBS with a spongy floor. It has been to the dealer for evaluation and they have said it can't be repaired. Keystone has denied claims on it as it is out of warranty even though the dealer has said the water got into the floor from an assembly error in that no butyl strip or sealer was used on the seam trim.

The floor is a sandwich construction with styrofoam. I did find a YouTube vid showing a repair using West System 105 resin with 205 hardener. I was curious on the groups thoughts on this and if anyone here has tried this.

I hope the link works.

Apparently no member has used that product or has any experience with it. If you're simply looking for responses, I would look at removing as much of the damaged floor as possible and using "replacement technique" (new floor) rather than "chemical repair technique" (fiberglass/epoxy).

It's time consuming, but relatively a "straight forward" process of removing everything that sits on or is attached to the damaged floor, cut that part away and "carefully fit in" the appropriate thickness new plywood/OSB replacement flooring, properly secure it and then re-lay or replace the vinyl/carpet over the repaired area.

An interesting concept. I wonder how even the floor was for the finished product? I wonder what the customer had to say about it?

I suspect it wise to find the point(s) of water intrusion. Folks have found leaks in the roof, penetrations on the sides (windows/doors) not sealed and water intrusion from below via the wheel wells; this has been discussed and remedies have been discussed. I am not sure what the material layers are in the floor substrate but if there is anything that could have become moldy, not sure how this could be dealt with. The epoxy fix seems like it might work if the materials that are used are similar but no way to know till someone tries it.

I did this on 2004 zepher

It worked great no problems had to replace a small strip by front door and in front of tub
But the rest of the main floor is holding up good.
Reply to old post but it works good.
I used 4 inch instead of 6 inch and used nearly 75 percent of the gallon of 205.
