The trailer is in Perfect condition! We have made lots of awesome modifications to this awesome trailer! Read the list below......
Here is a list of some of the modifications:
1. Added Stainless Steel Farm Style huge sink with removable spray nozzle
2. 3000 Watt Pure Sine Wave Power Intverter
3. Electric Fireplace Insert - 750Watt (2559BTU) 1500 Watt (5118BTU)
4. Added doors to side of Under Dinette Bench Seats for ease of access to storage
5. Added cabinet door to compartment under stove for extra storage
6. New media center with Bluetooth, DVD,CD, AM/FM
7. Celluar and Wireless Internet Booster Antenna mounted to Batwing mast
8. Brand new Awning
9. Newer dual 6v 232 Amp/hr batteries
10. Vitron Bluetooth Battery Monitor System with 500mA Shunt
11. Welded on reinforced hitch on bump to support a bike rack or light generator
12. Custom made removable Kitchen Counter Extension
13. Added a Fantastic Fan in Kitchen area
14. Install new foam on dinette seat cushions
15. Swing Shower curtain to maximize space in and out of shower.16. Electric tongue hitch
17. Added LED light through-out the entire trailer
18. Recently re-screened every windows and front screen door with No-see-um screen
19. Just added new barrel style locks to all outside compartments - all 3 are keyed same.
20. Bathroom Cabinet with towel hanger over toilet
21. Shelf with close hanger over foot of bed
22. New Propane holder and Valve assembly with Bluetooth Tank Guage
23. Zamp Solar connection wired to batteries
24. Electric Tognue Jack
25. 4 new tires on trailer
26. New Smart TV with Extended Mount Arm

We are the original owners and as you can see, we took terrific care of this unit.It sleeps 3 comfortably. We removed the top bunk bed and wall separating the lower bed from rest of area. Bottom bunk can be a bed or a comfortable seating area or used are extra storage.Has a largeoutside pass-through storage and good size rear outside compartment
