I agree with notanlines above. Putting any money into an older appliance will not pay off any dividends if you try to sell it. The chances of finding someone who wants will be slim, unless it's priced low enough. The fact is, if someone wants a dishwasher in their camper, they usually have them installed when the camper is new, or it's part of the floor plan. Someone who does not have a dishwasher will probably never want on. If they do, they most likely will purchase new. And as stated above, most campers simply do not have the space or the pre-prepped plumbing or electrical for one. Most people are not going to go through all of then to installed a previously owned dishwasher, not knowing how long it may last.
Best advise, sell as is, (If you can find a buyer). Make the price low enough it's attractive and let the buyer purchase the new parts themselves. (save yourself the headache). If you cannot sell it within a couple years, then scrap it to the junk yard.
I talk from experience here. On one of my previous campers we swapped out the 13.5 BTU air conditioner for a 15.0 BTU air conditioner on the roof. I attempted to sell the original one and could not. After a couple years, I attempted to GIVE it way to anyone who wanted it. I never had and takers. I ended up tossing it into a dumpster. And that was the end of it. It WAS perfectly good, nothing wrong with it at all. That's what was so sad about the entire ordeal.
