Sink clog spilled into cabinets

Hey I'm new here just bought a cougar 27sgs half ton fifth wheel. My girl was cooking and I believe various food stuff caused a clog. When I took the plumbing apart more water came out than anticipated and maybe a lil bit under a gallon came out. We were pretty quick with towels and getting everything dry. Clog is fixed and plumbing reconnected, but I'm not sure what I should be on the lookout for as far as water damage. Or water getting into a place it shouldn't be. There is a hole in the area of the sink that appears to be for hot a cold water that leads to under the floor and it's possible some water got in there. How concerned do I need to be or am I just overthinking this? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum

As long as the water was clear I wouldn’t worry to much, it will dry out. If you can shove towels into the hole, you might want to see if you can sop up more water. Let it dry and check for odors.

If you are correct in saying a gallon and you got most of it, then yes you are clearly over thiinking this.

I would leave the cabinet door open for a day or two with a fan circulating air if it were mine. Water is dificult to judge when spilled as a little can look like a lot, especially in the "excitement of the moment". Feel around where you can and if it feels dry then forget it until the next event.
