Squeaky Suspension
What does everyone use to hit those leaf springs on your TT to eliminate some squeak going down the road?

Some of the squeak might be coming from the shackles. We replaced ours with heavier shackles, bronze bushings, and wet bolts.

^^ This. Once I replaced the shackles and bushings the squeaking went away.

I didn't notice squeaking when I was pulling the trailer but while camping in Grand junction we had a bad wind storm and the trailer was kind of rocking a little bit and it was really squeaking while inside.

Could that have been the stabilizers making noise?

If you didn't hear it towing it could gave either not been load enough to hear or not making any noise. In my thinking with the stabalizers properly set the stabilizer would have to move before the suspension does. I'm in the habit of having the window down and radio off when pulling into or out of the storage lot and the campground. I know the sounds that my hitch makes so I listen intently for any "new or different" sounds. No new sounds makes me more confident that all is working properly. That said this doesn't preclude visual and mechanical inspections.

So to circle back here to my original question. Anything I can do in the meantime to eliminate the squeak going down the road without swapping shackles, etc? Not saying I wouldn't consider having that done, I just don't have the time to do it until the season is over.

I'm thinking about the only things to do would be temporary at best. I'd make sure everything was tight on the suspension and then, for the short term, spray the suspension components with a lube that doesn't attract dirt/dust to see if that helps the noise. Ultimately I would put the HD shackles and wet bolts on if it annoys you greatly.

Some silicone spray lube would help, would not attract dirt, and wouldn't harm the rubber.

I'll probably get a few "sighs" and likely some "heads shaking" over this comment, but here goes:
Well, as long as you're hearing something behind you "squeaking" you can at least be fairly assured that the trailer is still there and all 4 wheels are intact and rolling. It's the "screeching of rubber on pavement" that's a dead give-away that a wheel is locked up and if there's no noise, or only 1/2 the noise that's normal, check to see if you lost an axle.....
Really though, the squeaks and groans of the suspension pretty much comes from putting the "bare minimum" under a trailer that's "almost too heavy" and the trailer is "gonna complain" about that.....
Same happens with a tow vehicle with a 7200 pound GVW when you load it up to 7200 pounds and head to the mountains.... Some parts are going to be significantly more loud than they are when it's almost empty and you're "grocery shopping"....
