Refrigerator not cooling below 50 degrees

We have a 2017 Montana 3661 RL with the residential Samsung fridge. The freezer seems to be working fine, but the refrigerator is only cooling down to about 50 degrees (sometimes 48) despite being set on as low as 34 degrees.

Any insights? Wondering if we aren't doing it right so far as setting the temp (pressing "Fridge" until the desired temp is displayed?).

You probably have a froze refrigerator evaporator. You can either ungplug the refrigerator for about a day with the doors open and preferably a fan blowing in there, or tear the unit apart and carefully defrost it with a heat gun or steamer.

Link below shows what a froze evap looks like.
