Leveling system problem

Good day,
I am new to this site and I am having an issue with my BAL LS 7.3 Auto leveling system. I have the 2018 Outback 325 BH travel trailer

Problem:

I turned on the system. As soon as I touched the button to retract the stabilizers the screen went blank and I have not been able to get it to turn back on. Is there a quick fix for this?

Any information is greatly appreciated

Thank you 😊

Check each cell of the battery: (or remove it and take it to a parts hose that can do a crank amp test)
When I took my trailer in for service my auto-level and jack retraction would not work properly. I later discovered the dealer had left the battery on and fried one of the cells.
Evidently the auto level systems are sensitive to voltage input. May not be your problem but it is a fairly easy fix if that is the problem. Notice I excluded the word "cheap" in repair description. A good RV battery is not cheap.
Good luck

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

If yours is indeed a cranking battery, CCA or CA listed on the top, it's not the best choice for rv use, deep cycle is.
Dealers typically install, yes cheap, cranking batteries due to the price, but as stated true deep cycle batteries are not cheap.
