I'm in the same position as the OP. I just got mine a few weeks ago. The guy did a walk through when I took delivery but when I got to the campground a week later and went to drain I was clueless. I have two valves in the bay which I assume drains the upper bathroom. Then I have a valve behind the rear wheels (which is impossible to get to with slides open) Then I have two more drain line connections which I assume is rear bathroom and rear kitchen. I have a Montana Mountaineer 346LBQ with rear 1/2 bath and outside kitchen.

The drains now work but the one behind the wheel is very difficult still. We are using a lubricant each time that is SUPPOSED to help but I do not see it..but at least it is manageable. Two drain pulls in the front bay are working well.

But another question since we are in the same general area. This unit..a 2009 Everest...has a port that indicates a rinse system for the black water tank. When I attach a hose to it....NOTHING...no water goes into the tank and there appears to be no water flow at all. Is this an option that has to be installed separately? Since the port is labeled etc. I thought it should be there.
