Torn Wiper on Bottom of Bedroom Slide

The wiper on the bottom of the bedroom slide is torn, about a foot long piece is about ready to tear all the way off. I haven't really been able to investigate it much but was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if it's a relatively "easy" thing to fix or more like removing the entire slideout? I don't know it it can be glued back together if it's not an easy fix. Ideas / Suggestions?

Normal repair is replace the wiper seal. No need to remove the slide, just need to measure width of seal and total length needed. There are different profiles so make sure to match it. Without being there I can't say, but its probably stapled to the frame.

I had the top interior seal on my bedroom slide coming loose. It looked like it was just held on the wall with contact cement. I had some other issues come up and had the dealer repair it. They just ran some screws in it.
I've come to the conclusion it ain't rocket surgery or brain science.

I actually noticed my top slide seal come off the track and the sealant has separated. Waiting on a appointment day with the dealer but I am concerned about water till then if it rains. Looks like the inner seal may help but was gonna add some lap sealant till that day.
