248RKS Bullet window question

The tip-out window panel over the dining table doesn't tip out very far for ventilation. Are they all that way or can they be adjusted to angle out a bit more for more air flow? It seems like I have to turn the opening knob quite a bit before it engages and tips the window out. This makes me think that it might be able to be adjusted to allow more tip.

The rest of the tip-out panels on the other windows open up a lot further.

Mine goes out just as far as the one over the couch. The knob does turn quite a bit before the window starts to move but it does go out just as far. Not sure what to tell you---good luck with it.
