Fireplace noise

I have a 2013 Alpine and the fireplace has a noise when we have the light on in it. I have not been able to figure out how to get inside of it. I was told that with the light on there is a screen on rollers that could be making the noise anyone else had this issue.

most fireplaces have 4 screws holding it in. If you lift the surround up it should expose those screws. Once you have the unit out, then you should be able to dismantle it.
