Copper Canyon leak help

I've got a 2009 Copper Canyon 298fwbhs.

I've got a leak in the driver's side rear corner. It's the corner near the bunk slide. Below is what I've done:

Removed rear window, scraped all old sealant, replaced butyl caulk and sealed
Placed Eternabond on ALL seams on roof AND slides
Applied approved sealant over eternabond
Lubed all slide seals

From the best I can tell, it only leaks when the slide is out. I don't have slide toppers, and can't see what might be looking.

Need help and guidance to fix this.
