looking at upgrading to 2017 laredo 30bh

looking at purchasing a 2017 laredo 30bh, which we currently have a 2010 laredo 303tg. basically the same unit layout, but of course 7 years of updated features will be on the new one. couple things i noticed that were different from our 2010:
manual stabilizer jacks(2010 has electric)
manual hitch jack(2010 has electric)can an electric one be installed?
no outdoor kitchen sink in the 2017(which we use often in our 2010)
the slides use cables instead of like square tubing and gears on our 2010:any advantage to that?
i looked on the control panel and there is supposedly two grey tanks and two black tanks, but that really doesn't make sense since there is only 1 bathroom and no outdoor kitchen sink
there is no outdoor grill on the 17, which we have one on our 2010. can that be converted on the new one or added on?
there is no rear bunk house couch, can one be bought, or is there an alternative to the couch in the bunk house?

anyone have any input on that particular model? we love our 2010, but have found a smoking deal on this 2017. anything i should look for in the 2017? i am pretty handy guy and not afraid to tackle most projects minus major electrical issues. any info you guys have would be greatly appreciated

The electric tongue jack is very easy to install. It’s only 3 bolts and 1 electrical connection.

There is probably 1 gray tank for the shower and 1 gray tank for the kitchen.

There are a lot of things you like about the old trailer vs the new apparently. How important are they? A "smoking" deal on the 17 and then spend 5-6k to give you back what you had????

Maybe you would prefer looking for a deal on something that more reflects the conveniences you have on your current trailer?
