So, a bit more clarity will help? Was the trailer kept in a freeze zone state? And if it was, was the trailer winterized? If it is located in a freeze zone state and it was not winterized, then most assuredly you have busted water lines. If the water lines were blown, it's possible they could still have water in them and those low points in the plumbing had water that froze. If RV antifreeze was used to winterize, then there's no reason why a line would freeze up, unless it wasn't done throughly.
So, considering the camper has not been used for several months, did it go through a winter freeze and was it winterized? That's where the trouble shooting needs to start.
