No hot water

Hey guys 1st trip in our new alpine3712 kb
Not getting any hot water from the tankless system
Can’t seem to find anything to turn
As in adjusting the temperature
Any help would be appreciated

2012 Copper Canyon 273FWRET being towed by a 1994 Ford F350 CC,LB,Dually diesel.
Airlift 5000 bags, Prodigy brake control, 5 gauges on the pillar.Used to tow a '97 Jayco 323RKS.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.

Left the owners manual at home
The access panel is silicon on so I’m going to have to wait till I get home to look in there

Your new Alpine will habe one of the two On Demand Water heaters installed:

Airxcel Suburban IW60RL .. the RL means recirculation loop..

Thanks chuck I think it’s the suburban model
Doesn’t have the optional control panel
I’ll call best Monday morning
Thank the lord we just went to Woodward for a shake down trip

How is Woodward these days. Last time we went, it was over run with homeless people.
