Soft Floor in Slide

Hi �� I have a 2013 Alpine 3535 as well and the same problem. Did you ever find out if you needed to replace the slide out floor? If so does anyone know if everything in that slide has to be removed to replace the floor like the fridge/stove/sink/countertop/cabinets etc?
