If the trailer has been in storage AND this is the first time you've opened the slide this season, that "thin layer of moisture" may well be condensation that has accumulated through the winter. Under the slide, behind the sofa, along the exterior walls where the dinette cushions and bed mattress are sitting against the exterior wall are "IDEAL places" for condensation to accumulate.
This may well be a "one time event", but if I were you, I'd also check where the mattress lays against the exterior wall, where the dinette cushions and sofa are against the wall....
How to prevent it next year ???? Consider putting the trailer in storage on a "HOT SUNNY DAY" ???? Otherwise, if the trailer interior is "humid from a cool, wet day" you'll probably have lots of humidity (moisture) inside the trailer and it's going to "migrate to the coolest spot to collect... Under the slide is a "perfect spot".....
