Slide adjustments

Hi, I am a new member with a 2010 3812 RAPTOR, and need advice on how to adjust the small closet slide in the bedroom.
I am having some difficulty navigating this site and need some advice.

What type of slide mechanism does it have? Cable, Schwintek?? What is it doing/what are you trying to accomplish?
