Smile New to us 2018 Keystone Passport ROV 173 RBRV

We just traded in our Jayco Jay Feather 7 19XUD hybrid. My hip and knee joints were making it harder and harder to climb into bed.
So where do we belong in ths forum, light weight trailers or travel trailers?
We loved the slide out and the dry bath in our other trailer
and looked for something similar. Hence the 2018 ROV 173 RBRV.
There are definite pluses and negatives.
The first negative is the grey and black water dumps being split and at each end of the trailer. Probably nothing I can do about this other buying new dump hoses with a splitter.
The other really big negative was the fresh water drain hose in almost the middle of the trailer side to side needing a screw on cap. Needless to say lying in a large puddle of water on gravel is a big negative? Any solutions to the fresh water tank drain?

Welcome to the forum.
I don't think it matters which group, travel trailer or light weight as long as your here
Can't help with the dump issue except to say I think you're on the right track with 2 hoses and a splitter.
As far as the FW drain, I think you'll find the fitting is 1/2". Take the cap to the hardware store to be sure. You can buy a threaded female 90 to slip coupling to replace the cap. Then a piece of 1/2 pipe to run to the side of the trailer. Add a slip to threaded 1/2" male adaptor and reinstall the cap. You'll want to secure the pipe with clamps especially where you connect to the existing drain pipe and the end at the side of the trailer. I'm sure you'll figure a way for that.
Good luck and enjoy your new camper
