Back into RVing.....

Just bought a used, very clean, 2011 Keystone Hideout 19. We used it last weekend and had a blast getting back into a camper after many years ( had a 13' Chalet camper in the 70's....). TV is a 2003 F-150 Larait 4.6L, 2x4, 3.55. For our first run we only traveled about 80 miles from home to our camp site in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Seemed to tow fine. Have a eaz-tow WDH and sway bar. Looking forward to learning new things on this site! Since everyone mentioned where they are from, we live on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi ( born, raised and educated in Louisiana, Bayou country!) Love the West, have spent many Indian summers in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Montana!!! Being a PE coach, we would leave the south after school was over for the year and head to the mountains.....that was before the kids came along Hope to do it again as soon as I retire!

Hey, I am still working out the bugs of towing my 19' with a F150 Larait 4.6L , 4x2, 3.55. It seems to pull fine. All these numbers - GVW, TONGUE WEIGHT, PAYLOAD , ETC. is driving me crazy. Installing a WDH, sway bar, measurements of front fender, rear wheel well, etc. man, does it have to be that confusing???? Had a transmission cooler installed, break controller. Think I have done everything but still not sure if I did everything to make the towing comfortable except but a 350 diesel power stroke ( haha). Not going to happen.... what do you pull your Keystone with? And are you having any issues? thanks, kenny
Opps, this was ment for vicali.............
