Jensen Entertainment Center Problem

Hi, I have a Jensen Radio/CD/DVD player in my 2009 Keystone Springdale. It no longer loads CD's/DVD's. I contacted Jensen for a repair facility and they told me they no longer make my model but offered a discount on the new one. They said giving me a repair facility would serve no purpose since that facility would contact them for parts that they do not have. The model is a Media Pro 5000 (MP 5000).
Has anyone else had this problem?

I would do a search on ebay for Jensen MP5000 and just buy a replacement unit. You can just replace the unit with another type and/or brand but I wouldn't bother trying to get that unit repaired. JMO
