Replacement latch for pass through

I am looking to replace the latches on the pass through storage on my 2021 Cougar half ton travel trailer. One of the keys broke off inside and now is stuck unlocked.
I have the keyless RV Lock for the main entry and love it, but their website says their baggage compartment locks aren’t compatible with what I have. Trying to find an OEM replacement has been a challenge also since I can’t seem to figure out the brand of the original latch. Any ideas on the OEM brand (photo attached) or recommendations for a replacement brand would be appreciated!

I believe that is a Creative Products BLL-LK-448-2006-1PK Slam Lock. https://youngfartsrvparts.ca/product...hallenger-door All of the sources I found show that lockset as "Discontinued". So, you probably won't find a replacement unless you just happen upon a parts store with one sitting on the shelf.

Have you removed the lock to see if a local locksmith can either remove the broken key from the cylinder or replace/rekey the cylinder so your other keys match the repaired lock? I'd suspect that if you replace that slam lock, it will "look different" than the other locks, so you'd probably want to change all of them to keep the keys similar as well as the look "refined"... It would be much cheaper if a local locksmith could repair your current lock.

Get a hacksaw blade and cut it in half lengthwise. The with the teeth down ward and pointing back, cut the hacksaw blade so the teeth and a tiny bit of blade are left on about 4”. You can insert the blade on top of the key, press down and the teeth should grab the key.

I was the “other” locksmith at work for 7 years and I carried 2 of those in my pocket “pick set”.

Chuckster: you think a saber saw blade would work?

It needs to be very thin and very little "back" to it to fit into the keyway
