Pere Marquette State Park, IL ?

Anyone been there? Going next month. Good places to eat in the area? I heard they've had a recent renovation.
Will be a one night'er.

Well, this trip got scrapped. Wife got wuhan flu. She’s doing fine. Lost smell/taste, nose was messed up.
I winterized the Tt this weekend.
Another time.

We finally made it there! Nice little campground. Two dump stations, two lanes each. I would recommend using the one by entrance. The one by the primitive area pitches down. Electric only sites, water spickets scattered about.

Lots of trails to hike on the bluffs. Paved walking path along the river road. Great views off the bluffs!

Make sure you can get there, it's close to the Illinois river.

Food at the lodge was soso. On our way there, we ate the Riverdock, in Hardin. Good food.

curtiscapk - I only took two pictures, both of my wife, she said something to the effect of me ceasing to exist if I posted them! ! They are safe for work though!
