Slide Out Cable Gear Box

We have a 2017 Cougar Xlite 25RES. Whatever product/grease Keystone uses to lubricate the cable has dripped on both the living area and wardrobe slide outs, causing a bubbling on both roofs. I have patched both areas. I wiped down both gear boxes only to find both are still leaking. Has anyone else have this problem? Any recommendations? Since this is still under warranty, I'm thinking a trip to the dealer for repair is in order.

Sorry it has to be under these type of circumstances, but as far as I know the gearboxes are “sealed” so any lubricant leaking is not right. Get it back to the dealer ASAP. I would take pics and send them to your dealer.
